My name is Sandy and I have been eating mostly raw for six years now. I have done juice fasting, feasting and everything in between. I’ve always had a passion and love for healthy eating, but a few years ago, I was feeling very ill. I ended up covered from head-to-toe with painful skin condition called psoriasis. A very good friend introduced me to RAW foods and in just 21-days my psoriasis was completely cleared. I have ongoing food allergies , so a RAW diet is a very good fit for me.
In addition to helping my illness, I naturally lost weight and constantly heard comments that my skin never looked so good. Even strangers would approach me and ask me what I was doing to get such a glow about me! I knew I needed to share my RAW food experience with people and so began my journey with The Raw Root Cellar. My mission is to make RAW foods fun and easy, so anyone can experience them.
